Mary L. Windham, CMP, MTA

CEO 

Mary is passionate about what she does. A dedicated professional, she’s spent her life perfecting every last detail of the events she touches, and it shows in the quality of her work.

Mary has over 20 years of experience in the meeting and event industry. She’s a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) with a Master’s in Event Management from the George Washington University and a Bachelor’s in Travel and Tourism from Johnson & Wales University.

In addition, Mary is the go-to expert in her field. Her vast experience includes managing high-level events with the President of the United States, dignitaries, and celebrities. Her clients have included The Government of Southern Sudan, The Embassy of Iraq, The Department of Health and Human Services, Century 21, Toyota, and more.

FOUNDER

This seasoned event professional is also a founding member of the The George Washington University Tourism Alumni Network (GWTAN) and has been invited several times to guest lecture for the Event Management and Tourism classes at George Washington University. Mary was honored to be the keynote speaker at the 2007 GWU Tourism Department Graduation Commencement ceremony and the 2013 Arthur Lok Jack School of Business Event Management Certificate Program graduation in Trinidad.

She was also featured on the cover of the December 2012-January 2013 Washington, D.C. Women’s Journal Publication.

In addition to executing flawless events and speaking in the community, Mary has a great passion for travel, culture, archeology, ancient history, and outdoor & adventure sports. She especially enjoys volunteering, mentoring, and teaching middle and high school students about the wonderful gifts of travel, history, and culture.
